About ITVC

ITVC has developed a reputation as an elite-level volleyball club in both the Puget Sound Region and nationally.  ITVC goals entering every season include the following:

*Securing the area’s top talent across all age groups through our tryout process
*Provide a positive, constructive, and competitive experience for each ITVC athlete
*Provide the highest quality of technical training
*Assist each athlete improve  volleyball goals
*Help interested athletes achieve college volleyball opportunities
*Provide tools and support to continue developing all ITVC coaches
*Be the best in the Puget Sound Region at every age group
*Qualify ITVC teams for the Girls’ Junior National Championships

Based on the east side of greater King County (i.e. Mercer Island, Bellevue, Issaquah), ITVC has traditionally welcomed athletes from all over the Puget Sound Region, including from Mill Creek and Everett (north), University Place and Sumner (south), and North Bend (east).

ITVC’s knowledgable coaching staff is comprised of individuals bringing great experience and success to the court, with an emphasis in providing an encouraging and supportive environment.  Additionally, members of ITVC’s coaching staff and administration continuously work hard to provide clear communication and fair decisions with integrity and respect for our individual athletes and their families relative to club philosophy and goals.  Our greatest strength is in our people, and ITVC is committed to investing in their continued growth and development in order for the club to continue providing a quality experience for ITVC athletes.  *For more, please visit our Philosophy page and Coaches page for additional information.
