Head Coach: 14 BLACK

As an athlete, Tiffany completed a stellar high school career as a Oregon 1st team all-state selection during both her junior and senior seasons, with a Skyline conference Player-of-the-Year honor in 2003.  Collegiately, she played at Seattle University at which she earned GNAC all-academic honors from 2005-2007.

Tiffany is from Oregon and returns to ITVC for another season as the head coach of the 14 Black team.  She has been with ITVC for a few years, having head coaches at both the 14’s and 15’s age groups.  Tiffany also spent time coaching at University Prep as the head coach of their 8th grade and JV teams.

Tiffany’s coaching philosophy entails the following: “Volleyball should be fun. In order for it to be fun, a player must understand the importance of working hard and putting everything you have into something you feel passionate about. Being a part of a volleyball team teaches you more than just skills and fundamentals, it teaches you how to communicate, how to cooperate and how to exceed your expectations by working hard and being dedicated to success. Practices are intended to be hard and competitive and in turn, fun. I ask that players give 110% at every practice and game and I want to teach my players that in order to be a well rounded athlete you need to take responsibility for your actions on and off the court.”

She is both IMPACT and CAP I certified.
