Team Parents

As the team parent you are the communication highway between the parents and coaches. The coaches will be relaying important information to the girls, but we know that this information doesn’t always make it back to the parents in one piece. We are needing you to stay update on information so that everyone is on the same page and in the know. Below is a document with a few tips, tricks, and task that the team parent is responsible for.

Chaperones

Chaperones will be the point of contact for travel tournaments and work closely with the coaches and team parent. Due to the fact that you will be in charge of minors, you will need to have a USAV membership, background screen, as well as needing to complete SafeSport. All adults that are affiliated with ITVC and will be in contact with minors will need to complete these two steps.

Along with obtaining your USAV memebrship and completing the SafeSport courses, we also need you to complete the three forms below. Once you have completed the forms please email them to Amanda Sewell at amanda@goitvc.com and she will save them. If you happen to chaperone on more than one travel trip, then you wont need to complete the below forms or SafeSport again.
